Once you make full payment for Design service you choose, Our designer will contact you shortly if we need additional information from you.

On this step, our designer will get to work on your project. First proof of design will be deliver to you within 3 business days.

After receive first proof, you can request to make revision 2 times. Make sure all the information is correct!

Last step, you will receive design file in Print-ready PDF file and Vector file via Dropbox link.

We require full payment of the Design Services Quote before our designers commence work on your project.
Before our designers to work on the project, We require advanced payment for our services.

When you submit your Design Quote you will be contacted to discuss the quote and your needs.
After submit your Design Quote, Our designers will be contacting you by email shortly.

How long will it take?

Once paid the initial design draft will generally be sent within 3 business days.
Once payment processed, initial design proof will be ready and sent within 3-5 business days.

What happens if I don't like the design and refund it?

When you want to stop the design process, we generate refund on remaining value.
All of our designers are qualifed and we provide 2 times of Revision process, more than 2 times of revision process have additional charge.
