Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your order status will be put "On Hold Need Artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.
Aladdinprint and you agree not to hold Aladdinprint liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Aladdinprint's direct control. Aladdinprint is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Aladdinprint will reship the package with corrected address and charge additional shipping cost separately.
If the product is defective, Aladdin Print must be contacted via e-mail at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
You send photo showing wrong quality and request reprint. If the product is deemed defective, and of Aladdin Print error, we will reprint the order at no cost.
Aladdinprint is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
You can cancel by pressing " delete " button on your cart during your shopping.
After payment, you should inform us via email at the same day.
If orders is canceled in any labor hours, administrative fees will be subtracted from you refund.
Due to the very swift nature of our business, we process orders as soon as we receive them. No cancellations or refunds are available on orders that have gone to print.
In the case of a cancellation on an order where no online proof has been sent, our customer service team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.

To make changes to your order after it has been placed, please email revised order details such as order number, quantity, stock, and necessary information at the same day.
Full payment, including delivery cost, is required with order. No work will be proceed until payment is received. No refunds are given once order has been verified.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. No refunds are available on orders unless files have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested at the same business day. A cancellation fee will be applied.
All complaints must be registered within 48 hours of receipt of printed products. To be reprinted and shipped again with no additional charge, the products should contain manufacturing error and/or defects. We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect are.
Finished quantity may vary +/- 5-7%. We are not responsible for shortage re-print. This applies to all printing.
Aladdinprint may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and they will be effective immediately upon being posted.
