Our FREE business card gives you various design template among four different design categories.
For backside, there are two options. When you choose the backside with aladdinprint logo, you pays only for shipping and get FREE ¡°Clear Business card case¡± as well.

How many times can I place order for FREE BUSINESS CARD?
You can place FREE business card order as many as you want. Since the shipping cost will be charged automatically per each set of your order, we cannot offer combined shipping.
What is turnaround time?
Aladdinprint offers two different types of turnaround; 5 business days and 10 business days. All times quoted here begin from the day you approve your online proof and submit your order.
Why my orders are being delayed?
There are several reasons for your order to be delayed or even not processed;
  1. 1) Delayed payment - All orders must be prepaid due to the extremely quick turnaround times involved with our production team. If there is delayed on your payment, it will cause delay on production.
  2. 2) Unexpected delay caused by malfunction of printing equipment and/or defective products found in our quality control for reprinting
  3. 3) Delayed shipment caused by shipping carrier. Even if most of our shipment is guaranteed by UPS, there might have unexpected delay caused by UPS.
What are the shipping and processing charges on FREE BUSINESS CARD?
We print 200 Matte laminated business card on FREE and you pay only for shipping and for any product upgrades such as paper stock that you make to the product. You can get your FREE business card in 5 working days or in 10 days by paying different shipping cost. Shopping cost will vary by the weight of your order and by the delivery time you select during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
To provide customer with most affordable values of printing, Aladdinprint is automated, self-service website. Once orders are submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you understand our policy to lower cost and faster processing.
Please note that once your artwork is approved, it will be sent to our production department on same day to be printed on the press.
What is your return / refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to nature of our business, we process jobs as soon as we receive them. No refunds are available on orders unless files have not been sent to press and cancellation is requested at the same business day. A cancellation fee will be applied.
Why printed color is different with the color I see on computer?
It is always challenging to guarantee 100% color accuracy in printing industry.
Aladdinprint does not guarantee color will match the preview on customer¡¯s monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer¡¯s monitor set-up.

The color you see in your monitor is in RGB Color scheme which consists of three colors; Red, Green and Blue. These are the primary colors of light, which computer monitors use to display images on your screen.
The color to be printed on your business card is in CMYK color scheme, which consists of four colors: Cyan, Margenta, Yellow, Black. In full-color process printing, CMYK is the standard method of offset printing.

Therefore, a color will never be printed out to match its on-screen color. Colors vary from monitor to monitor, and different printers produce different color results.
Do I have to register /create an account to place order?
It is not mandatory to create an account before placing your order, but we recommend you to create an account. Many features of our website begin with the set-up of an account. Your personalized ¡°My Account¡± page will allow you to save shipping address, view order status about existing orders.

How do I make an order?
Can I change or cancel my order?
You should contact us on the day when you submitted your order. In the characteristics of business and processing procedures, It is unable to change or cancel an order once being in processed.
To provide service quick and best with the lowest price, most processes are automated. So once your order transferred to the printer, it can not be changed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We would do our best to provide you the most valuable service.
What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 5 business days. From the ordering to the receiving takes only 5 business days includinging 3 shpping days. Every product, which is printed on a specifica day, could have a different turnaround time.

Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not meet our file requirements, your order status will be put "Need revised artwork" and your turnaround time will be reset.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not calculated into the turnaround time.

Do you provide free quote service?
Yes. You have two choices. You can simply use the instant quote service which is shown up at the right side on your screen. If you want a more specific quote service, please click on the "Free Quote." It will take you to the page you can fill the request form. Fill the information out, and click the "Send" button. Please include quantity, color format, finished size, paper stock, coating, folding, shipping, etc. You would receive your quote within 48 hours (business day).

In which graphic resolution, my artwork should be created?
Your artwork should be created at 300 ppi (pixels per inch) or 300 dpi (dots per inch). If your artwork is at a lower resolution than this, the print quality may be affected.
How are fonts and images printed?
All fonts "Outlined" and images embedded.
What colors do you use for printing?
We use the industry standard CMYK 4-color process printing, and do not print PMS or Spot color ink.
What is the difference between RGB & CMYK color?
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK color mode.
RGBCMYK
RGB
Standards for Red, Green, Blue; the primary colors for visible light.
RGB depends on a light source to create color. Your monitor, for example, creates color by emitting light through red, green, and blue phosphors.
RGB color mode is best for your monitor but not for paper. RGB will not separate for production.

CMYK
Stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black; the colors used in four color process printing. CMYK is based on the light absorbing quality of ink printed on paper. Please make sure that all photos / pictures are saved as CMYK.

Color Shifts
Be sure to convert all RGB images to CMYK before submitting to avoid color shift. A Color Shift occurs when converting from RGB to CMYK.
Do not trust the colors on your monitor. For best results, convert images to CMYK and print a sample to proof. If we have to convert for you the color shift may cause unsatisfactory color quality.

    There are various product categories you can choose on the first page after logging on to Smart Design Studio. Then, you can choose a design category that meets your taste. Even if you are not finding a design you want, you can go to the previous page with no hard to make a right decision.

  3. 3. Choose Template you want to develop.
    There are sub-categories on the each design category to make you find your want easy. Choose appropriate options depend on your preference. For example, in the business card category, You can choose orientation, background images in the each sub-category, and layouts for front and back side of your business card.

  4. 4. Edit Document to customize your design.
    The most strong point of our online design solution, Smart Design Studio, is a full control of customizing system. Online design solution, Smart Design Studio.. It truly means you can develop your own design You can add your own graphics and texts, and can move them.
How do I add my own text?
When you are on the "Edit Document" step, following instruction is possible to add your own text.
  1. 1. Select select on the left side toolbar.

How do I edit text within an existing text box?
On the toolbar right side, you may find the text full control box. You can change font type, size and text here. Or you can double-click the text that you want to edit, and can edit your text using toolbar. Transform control box also could be helpful to you when you choose its position.
How do I use the word wrap feature within a text box?
You can give an outline effect around your text.
  1. 1. Select BOX .
  2. 2. To choose a color of your outline, click the one of the color in the below color box.
  3. 3. You can remove outline by clicking on BOX .
How do I align my text?
You can choose alignment of your text on the text full control box.
  1. 1. Select the text that you want to align.
  2. 2. Use the alignment buttons on the right side toolbar to align the text.
How do I move an entire text box?
  1. 1. Select Select on the left side toolbar. (Without using the Arrow button, you still can move the text by holdingleft button of your mouse and dragging the text to the new position.)
  2. 2. Click the text within the box that you want to move.
  3. 3. Drag the box to its new location or use the arrow key on your keyboard to move it.
How do I zoom in and out?
  1. 1.Select Zoom in and out on the left side toolbar.
  2. 2. When you click the left button of your mouse on the image, you magnify image size.
  3. 3. When you click the right button of your mouse on the image, you reduce image size.
Can I move a number of text boxes as a group?
Yes! While depressing the control key, select all of the text boxes by clicking on them one by one. Without letting go of the control key, position your cursor over the text in one of the text boxes, click and drag it. When you need to group them for further use, while chosen images are selected. Click Group on the Group control box.
How do I change the color of text?
  1. 1. Click on the text box that you want to change its color.
  2. 2. Click on Color control box on the Color control box.
  3. 3. Choose an appropriate text color in the color box.
How do I control over the colors like CMYK?
You can choose the brightness of CMYK. To make a stronger effecton your design, you can make some of those colors brighter or darker.On the Color control box, full control of CMYK is possible.* C= Blue(Cyan), M= Red(Magneta), Y= Yellow, K= Black
Why can I change the color of my design?
You won't be able to change the colors within a photograph or anillustration. Many of our design templates include a photo or illustration plus a background color, color bar or other simple graphic elements(and, of course, text), which you can change color. The design templates that allow the greatest amount of color change tend to be those made upof simple graphic elements, such as those found in the styles: borders,geometric, patterns and lines.
How do I rotate text or a graphic?
  1. 1. Click on the text or graphic that you want to change its rotation.
  2. 2. When you bring your cursor to the corner of your text or image, it turns to rotation arrow. You can rotate your text and images to any degree by by moving this cursor to appropriate rotation.
How do I align my texts and graphics?
Using the Smart Design Studio, various alignments of your text and image are possible. Align the texts or images in the way you want by clicking one of the 8 ways of over the space between each text and image using one of the 6 buttons on the Distribution part.
How do I make an order within the texts and images?
You can decide the priority of your order within the texts and images which are shown on the screen. When you choose to show a specific text or image prior to the others, please select . when you choose to show a specific text or image at the behind of the others, please click on .

How do I move an image?

How do I design the reverse side of my product?
On the middle of the editing window, there is a button that you can reverse your design to the other side . Click one of them to design an appropriate side.
How do I finish my order?
When your design is complete, please click order below. Remember, once you select Order button, you cannot get back to the previous page. So please make it sure that you have made all designs completely acceptable for an order, before you click on the Order button. On the "Order" step, please fill in the forms which are required for delivery and payment. Click on "SUBMIT" to finish your order. When the payment of your product is confirmed, we start to process your order. There are different turnaround times depend on your product.
